The product

STAND is a public ranking and social app for iPhone and iPad. You must be 18 or older. You confirm that age when you create an account.

Profiles, ranks, ratings, and STANDING moments you make public are visible to other members. There is no private-account mode. STAND is not a dating service and does not use live GPS or Nearby.

Accounts

You may create an account with Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for the device and Apple ID you use.

STAND may suspend, ban, deactivate, or delete an account that breaks these terms or the Community Guidelines.

Deactivate hides you from ranks and blocks sign-in. Media and messages stay. Reopening requires an explicit reactivate step.

Delete is permanent. STAND anonymizes your identity and removes your media. Message text already in another member’s conversation stays. Apple accounts are revoked with Apple before deletion finishes; if Apple cannot revoke, deletion does not complete.

What you grant

You keep rights in the photos, video, voice, and text you upload. You grant STAND a license to host, process, and show that content so the product works (profile, messages, STANDING, ranking). After deletion, STAND removes your media bytes; leftover text in another person’s inbox is not a license to keep using your likeness.

What you must not do

• Use STAND if you are under 18.
• Farm the daily AURA / pick quota by deleting and registering again.
• Impersonate, scrape, attack, or automate the service.
• Upload sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or illegal content.
• Harass, threaten, or dox other members.

STAND may remove content and apply the standing / moderation tools already in the product (block, report, hide STANDING).

Rankings, AURA, POWER

Ranks, AURA, hearts, and POWER are product mechanics, not money, not equity, and not a promise of status outside STAND. POWER purchases are not offered. There is no live In-App Purchase.

Messages and voice

Messages are stored on STAND. They are not end-to-end encrypted. The other person can keep text after you delete. Media you sent is removed.

AI

If you run first impression or confirm a STANDING moment, STAND may send the frames and story facts you chose to an AI provider to write that text. You can skip first impression.

WORLD

WORLD places an approximate pin from the city or district on your profile. STAND does not use live GPS or Nearby.

Disclaimer

STAND is provided as is, without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Türkiye, the operator’s liability is limited to the amount you paid STAND in the twelve months before the claim (currently zero, because there are no in-app purchases).
